Manrara ahead of the Strictly Come Dancing final, thanking her for loving him when he ‘couldn’t always love himself’.
On Saturday evening, HRVY and Janette will go up against Maisie Smith and Gorka Márquez, Bill Bailey and Oti Mabuse and Jamie Laing and Karen Hauer in the Strictly final.
Ahead of the series finale, HRVY, 21, and Janette, 37, joined Rylan Clark-Neal on Strictly: It Takes Two to discuss their journey to the final stage of the competition.
At the very end of their interview, Rylan, 32, offered HRVY a chance to pay homage to his partner and dance tutor, Janette.
At first, the singer thanked the professional dancer for buying him the shirt he was wearing on the show.
He then shared a sincere message of gratitude, describing Janette as ‘incredible’.
‘Thank you for being incredible and putting up with me every single week. I know that I was sometimes really hard to work with,’ he said.
When Janette indicated that HRVY wasn’t difficult to work with, he clarified his comments.
‘No, sometimes I was a bit hard on myself I think,’ he stated.
‘So thank you for loving me when I couldn’t always love myself.’
‘I love you,’ Janette replied, as the pair hugged on the It Takes Two sofa.
Earlier today, Janette shared a throwback video on Instagram from her and HRVY’s very first Strictly rehearsal.
‘This was day 1 of rehearsals…. and now today, our last day….. what a journey,’ the professional dancer wrote in the caption.
In another social media post, she admitted that she will miss HRVY ‘so much’ when the show ends.
‘He really has become a little diamond in my heart forever,’ Janette stated.
