The first trailer for Selling the OC season two has been released, and it’s even more intense than the previous season.
The Selling Sunset spin-off premiered on Netflix last summer, taking viewers inside some of Orange County’s most opulent properties and introducing them to the people entrusted with selling them.
In terms of office politics, the agents gave their LA counterparts a run for their money, with cameras on hand to capture the backstabbing as twins Brett and Jason Oppenheim fought to keep the listings going in and the drama pouring out.
They definitely had their job cut out for them in the first look at the new episodes, which air on Netflix on September 8th, as erstwhile besties Alexandra Rose and Alexandra Jarvis were squabbling, while newbie Alexandra Harper ‘ruffled feathers’.
Aside: the newcomer is the fourth ‘Alex/Alexandra’ in the workplace, which means things might grow much more complicated.
The cameras also returned following Tyler Stanaland’s divorce from wife Brittany Snow, which was revealed shortly after the first season aired.
Although reports earlier stated that they were not dating, the quick teaser showed the former surfer having a cosy evening out with Alex Hall.
Hall was questioned on this as her colleague remarked that they could be ‘too friendly’ and warned that their antics ‘looked sloppy’.
‘I don’t give a f…,’ she replied before the footage promptly cut away.
Brandi Marshall added that the agents had accidentally become the buzz of the town, thus the drama was not limited in the workplace.
‘People are thinking that we’re messy as a brokerage,’ she cryptically told the gang. ‘Everybody in OC is talking about it.’
Unimpressed by the rumormill, the Oppenheims added: ‘Let’s remember this is a small town, reputations matter.’
Despite the reprimand, they had some good news for the O Group, saying that they had obtained their largest listing opportunity to date – a $1 billion property in Cabo San Lucas.
Anyone else remember Davina Potratz’s $72 million headache?
The official synopsis reads: ‘Reputations, romances and relationships are on the line when The Oppenheim Group’s Orange County team returns for season two of Selling the OC.
‘These young and hungry agents will risk everything while navigating a hot real estate market and even hotter rumors.’
Selling the OC premieres on Netflix on September 8.
