Ryan Reynolds joked that he once wore an A-Hole costume on Sesame Street.
The Deadpool star recalled the moment he featured on the children’s programme when one of his followers tweeted about watching him ‘doing an A-Team gag’ on the show.
Sharing a screengrab of Ryan wearing a big blue letter A costume, his follower wrote: ‘Watching a little @sesamestreet with the kiddo, and its an episode with @VancityTeynolds and the gang doing an A-Team gag.
‘Its a delight, for both me and the kiddo.’
The actor, who shares three children with actress Blake Lively, responded to the tweet in the best possible way.
‘I remember how challenging it was to sing because the A-hole was so tight,’ he penned.
‘But I pushed through because kids all over the country were counting on me.’
Ryan’s celeb pals were quick to respond, with Scrubs star Zach Braff replying: ‘You had me at A-hole was so tight.’
‘This is going to fuel some really great fan fiction,’ Lucas Patrick Smith commented.
While actor and comedian Mark Ruffolo simply shared a crying emoji.
The Proposal star’s fans also couldn’t help but respond to his tweet, with many thanking him for, well, just being funny.
‘You are the biggest A hole I know. Love all your work and what you do,’ one tweeted.
Another replied with a series of laughing face emojis: ‘I can’t breathe.’
While one joked: ‘Heyyyy….you squeezed your face into a blue A-hole & survived. I don’t think anyone else can claim this.’
The Canadian actor appeared on the 4225th episode of Sesame Street which was broadcast in November of 2010.
He took part in a spoof sketch about the classic 80s show The A-Team, alongside muppets Telly, Elmo and Abby.
