Rupert Grint belatedly thanked all Potter Heads for tuning into the Harry Potter reunion, as he shared a very cute snap of his baby daughter ahead of season three of Apple TV’s Servant.
Rupert played Ron Weasley in all eight of the Harry Potter films, based on J.K. Rowling’s books.
Recently, fans got to catch up with the cast in a special episode on HBO Max to mark 20 years since the franchise first came to screens.
Rupert has finally posted an update on his Instagram page – which he admitted he ‘sucks’ at using – to thank everyone who watched the reunion.
Attached was a picture of his baby daughter Wednesday, who he shares with Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging actress, Georgia Groome.
‘Hello! Turns out I suck at Instagram. But Happy New Year anyway! Thank you all for watching The HP Reunion. So fun to look back and to share some of those memories with you all.
‘On a more sinister note, Servant Season III is creeping up, on us. Get comfy- gonna be a ride!
‘Also- if you’re about at 5pmGMT/12pmEST I will be going live with @mnight and @nelltigerfree to answer your questions and concerns. Then jump over to @appletvplus and watch the Season 3 premiere. Love Rupe,’ he penned.
Wednesday was propped up on a Servant branded deck chair and we can tell she’s already a future star in the making.
It comes after Rupert and Emma, who ended up playing an on-screen couple, both admitted they nearly quit their parts after the struggle of being catapulted to fame as teens.
During the special, Emma said: ‘I think I was scared. I don’t know if you ever felt like it got to a tipping point where you were like, “This is kind of forever now.”‘
‘It was around the time of Order of the Phoenix when things started getting spicy for all of us,’ she added of the 2007 movie, filmed when she was 16.
