Rochelle Humes and Craig Doyle found a solution to surviving the blistering heat wave – starting their morning with an ice cream tasting session.
But it wasn’t just usual ice cream flavours they were trying.
In fact, vanilla and chocolate weren’t even on the menu as the This Morning hosts were left trying some pretty unusual flavours, and it seemed they weren’t too impressed by it either.
Starting their blind taste-tests with baked beans, Rochelle guessed it tasted like ‘peaches’ before she realised it was actually a Heinz-flavoured creation.
Meanwhile, Craig labelled the scent as something he would find in his grandma’s downstairs bathroom, but still seemed to enjoy the ice cream flavour.
Next came Worcester sauce, which left the pair gagging by the smell alone.
‘Craig it’s really not nice,’ Rochelle warned.
‘Is it barbecue sauce?’ she guessed, before Craig attempted: ‘It’s Bloody Mary ice cream.’
‘That’s dreadful,’ he confirmed when they realised what it really was.
Elsewhere, Rochelle and Craig tasted Frosties, which was a clear favourite, PG Tips which they closely guessed to be ‘coffee’, and even Heinz tomato ketchup flavoured ice-cream.
‘I feel like I’m on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!’ Rochelle said, after Craig shared he had tasted something crunchy in one of the flavours, joking it could be a ‘finger nail’.
Viewers at home were left pretty amused by their reactions, with one writing: ‘Screaming at Rochelle Humes and Craig’s faces tasting that ice cream,’ while another penned: ‘Hahaha Craig’s face.’
Others were more bemused by the flavours, with one writing: ‘Urgh baked beans ice cream.’
