Since those remarkable pictures of Lily James and Sebastian Stan recreating iconic poses of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee first dropped back in May, interest has been high in the upcoming Hulu limited series Pam & Tommy.
Pam & Tommy will follow the pair at the peak of their fame, with them marrying less than a week after their first meeting in 1995.
It explores the theft and circulation of the infamous sex tape they made during their honeymoon, which was stolen from their home and circulated online before the pair sued the distributor of the tape, Internet Entertainment Group.
At the time, Pamela was a regular on hit TV show Baywatch as CJ Parker, the role which first made her famous, and Tommy was a drummer and founding member of heavy metal band Mötley Crüe, a group which boats worldwide sales of over 100 million albums.
With the show set to reach screens early next year – and with Pamela herself less than enthused at the idea – here’s everything you need to know.
Who is in the Pam & Tommy cast?
Alongside James and Stan, Seth Rogen and Parks & Recreation star Nick Offerman are also in Pam & Tommy, with the trailer revealing their characters Rand and Uncle Miltie to be rifling through possessions stolen from Pam and Tommy’s home.
They also sport impressively 90s hairstyles with a mullet and greasy slicked back waves, respectively.
Fast-forward to a few moments later and the duo realise they’ve struck gold when they see a very ‘private’ recording of the married couple. You know what’s coming next.
The series also stars Orange is the New Black’s Taylor Schilling, Fred Hechinger (The White Lotus), prolific actor Paul Ben-Victor and Paul Sinacore, with Rogen pulling double duty as a producer as well.
