Harrison Boon, star of Married At First Sight Australia, unintentionally led a commercial for medications that induce early sex.
The 32-year-old builder made an appearance in season 10 of the popular social experiment series, where he married Bronte Schofield in Sydney.
Despite the fact that the ex-couple split up before the reality show’s conclusion, their appearance served as the inspiration for the drug advertisement.
The advertisement features a still from MAFS Australia featuring Harrison appearing astonished and Bronte holding her head in her hands, along with the statement, “When you last way longer than you thought was possible.”
There is no proof that Harrison has ever used a sexual enhancer, but the photo gives the impression that the pair had success with the premature ejaculation tablets.
It’s assumed that Harrison and Bronte had no idea their likeness was being exploited for the advertisement.
When a visitor revealed to online beauty expert Bronte that Harrison had been dating one of her friends before the wedding, things between the two turned tense on MAFS.
Bronte confronted her new husband after learning that Harrison had informed his date that he intended to meet up with her once the reality programme was over.
Harrison first attempted to downplay Jessica’s allegations regarding her friend, but he later acknowledged he had been’seeing’ a number of different ladies before to appearing on the show.
He said: ‘I was seeing a number of girls before I came into this. I’m a single guy in Sydney and I didn’t know if [the show] was gonna last a week, a month, the entire experiment…’
He said, however, that because he isn’t “in a relationship with anyone” and because he informed Jessica’s buddy he was fully committed to the programme, their connection couldn’t last.
Although their romance didn’t continue into MAFS, Harrison recently revealed to the Daily Mail that he has been keeping himself busy with a new job as a motivational speaker with a focus on men.
