A man with a ‘ginormous lump’ on his hip has compared it to a ‘saggy boob’, after being left with the lipoma following a weight loss.

The dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon helps patients across America, from problems like a nose ‘the size of a plum’, or 400 tumours across a person’s body.
A recent episode saw a patient with a mass behind her armpit, which she compared to a ‘third boob’ and even went to a wizard for help.
Another patient is having a problem similar to this one in the preview for a future episode.
‘I have a ginormous lump on my left side,’ he explains.
‘It’s almost like a saggy boob.’
The patient then explains to Dr Lee that he has lost ‘almost 300lbs’.
She then tells the camera: ‘When you lose a massive amount of weight, it’s not uncommon to discover lipomas.’
As the patient then lifts up his shirt to show her the mass growing above his hip, she comments on how ‘heavy’ it feels.
‘There’s a lot of things I’m concerned about,’ she warns him.
He has some fears of his own.
‘It’s very possible that I could be stuck with this forever,’ he admits.

What is a lipoma?
According to the NHS, a lipoma is a ‘soft, fatty lump that grows under your skin.’
They are usually not painful and grow slowly, and can be as small as the size of a pea.
The cause of lipomas are not fully understood.
