Liberty Poole of Love Island has shown herself to be a lady of the people by being open about her period bloat.
The 23-year-old reality star is always keeping things real, whether she’s going make-up-free in front of her millions of fans or boldly displaying her curves in the cause of body positivity.
And now she’s talking about her’severe’ bloating.
The influencer wanted to highlight that changes in your body are ‘natural’ when on your period by sharing a snapshot of her tummy.
‘Guys I have a severe period bloat today and I wanted to share this is normal!’, she wrote on her Instagram Story.
‘I’m choosing to love my body anyways’, she wrote proudly.
Liberty went on to say that our bodies are ‘wonderful,’ and that we should ‘love’ them rather than be ‘ashamed’ of them.
In a subsequent post, the influencer mentioned receiving a note from a fan who could connect to her.
‘Same thing is happening to me,’ the follower said, as Liberty posted a screenshot.
‘I’ve felt too insecure to leave my house today because I feel so bloated but you’ve made me feel more positive about it,’ they praised.
Liberty immediately reacted, stating that it is because of words like this why she continues to be so open online.
‘This is why I share stuff like this guys’, she penned.
‘I’ve never wanted anyone to come on my page and be like I want her life I don’t want to be that type of influencer I want you to feel like my page is a safe space’.
She added that if she’s ‘inspired’ or ‘helped’ one person then she’s done ‘what I intended to do’.
‘Also thanks to this person for coming to me and being so honest’, she signed off.

Liberty frequently makes advantage of her position to communicate crucial messages.
The TV personality, who featured on Love Island in 2021 and Dancing On Ice in 2022, shared a stunning swimwear photo earlier this month.
‘Curvy and proud !!’, she declared in the caption.
‘I was tempted to lift my natural boobs in this picture so they looked “perfect” shrink the bloating but no this is me !! So why would I, this is real and this is a normal body despite what beauty standards say just be you . MY BODY MY STANDARDS’.
On International Women’s Day in March, she implored her followers not to let society’s ‘labels’ and’stereotypes’ to define them.
‘Love every version of you when others choose to show you hate instead of love because it’s a reflection on them and nothing you’ve done,’ she wrote.
