A Love Island candidate apparently worked as a covert dominatrix but pretended to be a dental nurse in order to get on the programme.
Charlotte Sumner, 30, was the latest candidate to be booted from the villa, joining Andre Furtado, following a tumultuous Friday night.
Charlotte joined the ITV2 dating reality show as a late replacement for Leah Taylor, but it has now been discovered that she has a secret profession.
A source shared: ‘Charlotte made out she was a dental nurse but in fact she was taking money off dirty old men as a dominatrix.
‘She would get men to pay for her to go out in London — they throw money at her just for her to treat them like s***.’
The insider continued to The Sun: ‘It’s madness, these men must be seriously stupid or sad.’
They also added that Charlotte reportedly hasn’t worked as a dental nurse ‘for years’, and has instead ‘been working as a dominatrix on Twitter’.
‘She deleted her account before she went in,’ it was claimed.
According to the publication, Charlotte added: ‘I own my past and it was empowering.
‘I’ve always felt completely comfortable with everything I’ve done and have been open with friends and family.
‘There was always consent on both sides and was never any physical sexual activity, it was online fetishes.’
Despite having only a few minutes on our screens, Charlotte’s appearance on the reality programme was received with some very nasty comments befitting her age, since she was the oldest islander.
While on a date with Tryique Hyde, 24, Charlotte revealed her age to him, to which he said in confused response: ‘You don’t look 30 though. You’ve got nice teeth you know.’
He later added: ‘You look good though!’
Zachariah Noble, another islander, too seemed perplexed by Charlotte’s age and appearance.
When asked what she felt about fellow Islanders’ reactions to her age, she offered this excellent response.
‘I just think don’t settle. There’s no rush. I’d rather take my time, be single, focus on myself and I want to meet my lifetime partner,’ she began.
‘I don’t want to meet someone and just be with them for a few years. ‘Do you’, don’t put any pressure on it. Nowadays people stress.
‘But really, it doesn’t matter if you’ve not got it sorted out. Everything happens for a reason.
‘Where you are in your life is for a reason and it will happen when you least expect it. I feel young, it doesn’t matter.’
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
