Lana Jenkins had a rather crazy Monday night after saying she was locked in an elevator for 30 minutes.
The 25-year-old TV personality, who was a contender on this year’s winter season, recounted the terrifying experience on Instagram.
The make-up artist was in the elevator with two of her pals when it became stuck, prompting them to call for assistance.
‘Soooo our day…. 30 minutes stuck in a lift that jolted I don’t think we’ve ever panicked so much,’ she penned.
In a second tweet, she shared a photo of Manchester’s fire department arriving to help.
She added: ‘Thanks to @manchesterfire for being so quick and calming us nervous wrecks.’
Lana isn’t the only islander who has lately been in trouble; Claudia Fogarty revealed that her car windows were broken while she was abroad.
The 28-year-old posted a photo of the damage to her vehicle on Instagram Stories with the message, ‘Happy Friday.’
Claudia, the daughter of I’m A Celebrity winner Carl Fogarty, also revealed to her fans that her make-up had been taken.
‘So, I went to put on my make up this morning and realised my make up bag was… in the car. So now I have no make up, and no car!’ she said.
‘But you have make up,’ replied co-star Samie Elishi.
‘Yeah, I borrowed some of Samie. But the good news is that we are on our way with [sister] Danielle and dad.’
‘We’re off to Porsche Centre for the weekend! So we’re going to have lots of fun this weekend. Can’t wait!’
Love Island fans won’t have to wait long, as the summer season is set to premiere on Monday, June 5.
