Louis Theroux found himself in a dispute with the subject of his new documentary, who ‘kicked him out of his house’ during filming.
Kentucky-based streamer Beardson Beardly appeared outraged when he alleged that the 50-year-old documentarian ‘accused him of being a Nazi’.
‘Just kicked Louis Theroux out of my house,’ he tweeted on Thursday evening.
Louis then shared a screenshot of podcaster Beardson’s tweet and joked to his social media followers: ‘Shoot’s going great!’
Beardson then shared screenshots to prove he had blocked the filmmaker while adding the caption: ‘Nice try dumb***’.
Louis later gave podcast host Beardson a call as he went live online to discuss the situation with his followers.

‘Apologise for what?’ Louis can be heard saying in a clip of the live stream shared by a fan when Beardson tells him the reason for his fury.
‘For trying to accuse me of being a Nazi and doing Nazi salutes in my own home,’ the streamer replies.
Louis responds: ‘Well if I’d done that, I’d think about apologising, but I didn’t accuse you. I said so much of what you talked about and what’s been talking about.’
With the live stream still in full swing, Beardson interjects and says: ‘I’m not hearing an apology here, I’m going to hang up.’
It is unclear what Louis says next before the clip ends.

Beardson continued to discuss the situation with American far-right and white nationalist political commentator Nick Fuentes.
Nick backed Beardson’s views on his encounter with Louis as he claimed he had the ‘chance to do the right thing’.
Beardson also added that he would ‘sue’ Louis’ documentary team if the episode aired, and if any footage featured his wife as she didn’t give her permission to be on camera.
When approached for comment, Beardson said: ‘Journalists are scumbags who try to ruin people’s lives for profit and you should never talk to them.’
A BBC spokesperson said: ‘Louis Theroux is filming for a new series. More details will be announced in due course.’
