Dean Gaffney and Joe Swash’s misery continues as they confront even more terrible concoctions to ingest.
It was only natural for the former EastEnders actors to face their first trial together after making their debut as rookies on Monday’s programme.
In Tuesday’s episode, the pair had to drink the most dangerous concoctions, ranging from blended maggots to cow vaginas and animal testicles, to win a treat for each of their campmates.
Before the stars got stuck in, host Ant said: ‘This is possibly the most disgusting piece of television I’ve ever been involved in. And we’ve done some heinous things.’
Dean and Joe naturally struggled to keep it down, leaving them both coughing, much to Ant and Dec‘s enjoyment.
And it appears that viewers will have to cross their fingers tonight because they will be back at it.
Tonight’s episode has Dean attempting to earn a snack for Diversity performer Jordan Banjo by preparing blended crocodile foot. And Joe is up against blended kudu anus while attempting to win cheese for TV personality Myleene Klass.
‘I can’t believe I’m doing this for brie!’ he says
Joe is concerned about Dean as he confronts a liquid challenge for Janice Dickinson’s treat, warning, ‘Janice will eat you alive if you don’t drink this.”
While some fans celebrated the duo’s anarchy, others condemned the heinous trial, which aired on Tuesday night.
I have to watch this trial on mute. It’s making me tip! #ImACeleb

‘I had to watch this on mute. It’s making me tip,’ one person tweeted.
‘Watching people being sick is now classed as entertainment,’ another seethed.
‘My gut is hurting watching tonight’s #ImACeleb trial with Dean and Joe,’ commented one frank admirer. Sod your expensive presents, I couldn’t drink any of them.’
Joe, 41, won I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2008, becoming the King of the Jungle.
The next year, he joined the show’s presenting crew and even began dating his now-wife Stacey Solomon, whom he met on the show.
Dean, 45, took fifth place in the series in 2006, while Busted guitarist Matt Willis was voted the winner.
His comeback for the show’s all-stars version will mark his reunion with fellow contender Myleene, who finished second on his season.
During last night’s episode, former boxer Amir Khan was the first celebrity to be eliminated by the camp.
‘This has been the craziest week I’ve ever had,’ Amir said before the vote took place cementing his exit.
The next morning, he stated that the vibe in camp ‘wasn’t the best’ since someone was departing the group.
When he heard out he’d been brought home, Amir was pleased at the possibility of FaceTiming his kids, whom he’d been missing a lot.
I’m A Celebrity… South Africa returns tomorrow at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
