Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat farm has proven to be as popular as ever with large queues seen outside the shop this weekend.
The Grand Tour presenter recently confirmed that his hit Amazon Prime series, Clarkson’s Farm, will return for season two and it appears to have only heightened interest in the shop.
Aerial photos of the farm show hoards of Oxfordshire locals queuing up to take a look inside the store, where they can purchase fresh produce and souvenirs (but absolutely, under no circumstances, kale).
Visitors appeared to be queuing in a civilised manner with the long yet orderly lines snaking around the grounds.
It also seemed to be much calmer than the scenes in June, where exhaustive queues caused travel chaos in the local area.
Hundreds flocked to the Diddly Squat shop in the Chipping Norton village of Chadlington, leading to a major build-up, long traffic queues, and police intervention to manage the large crowds.
Apologising for the chaos, Jeremy, 61, tweeted at the time: ‘People of Chadlington. I’m truly sorry about the traffic around our farm shop last weekend. We are doing everything we can to improve the situation.’
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police also told Metro.co.uk: ‘Officers received reports yesterday in relation to congestion on the roads in Chadlington.
‘Officers attended the scene, but no crime had been committed. Our neighbourhood team for the area is aware of the situation.’
Most recently, Jeremy excited his social media followers by introducing the newest members of the farm and, honestly, they’re bound to steal the show next series.
In series one, viewers saw how the former Top Gear presenter struggled with sheep farming and was forced to put down three of his new flock after they developed illnesses which stopped them from giving birth to lambs.
However, he’s now turned to cattle farming and shared clips of his two new cows on Instagram.
‘World. Meet Pepper,’ he wrote alongside one adorable image, while he added alongside a video of a brown cow: ‘This one needs a name.’
Many of his followers seemed to be in agreement that the second cow should be named ‘James May’ after his Grand Tour co-host.
But that’s highly unlikely given Jeremy’s recent revelation that he has banned James and other co-host Richard Hammond from appearing on Clarkson’s Farm.
A premiere date for Clarkson’s Farm series two is yet to be announced.
