Love Island fans are already loving Ikenna Ekwonna, and here’s everything you need to know about the islander.
Ikenna was one of the 10 islanders to enter the villa on Monday evening, where he was coupled up with Indiyah Polack by viewers.
While the pair seem to be getting on fairly well, they don’t seem completely solid just yet.
‘I’ve only been in one past relationship but now I think I’m at the age where I could find someone,’ he said when asked why now is the time he’s ready to find a new person to date.
‘I’m single by choice I would say.
‘It’s also pretty hard to find good-looking people out there who are my type and my age so Love Island will put me in a situation where there will be people like that and hopefully that will force me to settle down.’
Last night saw his head begin to turn for the first time, as newcomer Afia Tonkmor revealed her interest in Ikenna.
But will he decide to stay with Indiyah in the recouping, or choose someone new?
How tall is Ikenna?
Ikenna has already confirmed he is six foot five tall and pointed out he thinks his height will be an asset when it comes to attracting women.
He said: ‘Look at my height – I’m 6ft5. I don’t think there are that many people my height, with my complexion or my looks!’
As well as his main account on Instagram, @ikenna._, he also has another account on the photo-sharing app.
On his second page, he shows off his passion for fitness, as well as his work as a personal trainer, @ikennafitness.
What’s Ikenna’s job?
Ikenna Ekwonna is a pharmaceutical salesman from Nottingham.
He worked for AstraZeneca during the pandemic. Yep, the company that supplied millions of Brits with Covid jabs.
His job was as a Remote Primary Care Accounts Specialist.
Ikenna shared a post in April 2022, telling Instagram followers he had finished a degree at Nottingham Trent in Biomedical Science with a 2:1.
