Holly Willoughby is reportedly planning discussions with US TV and streaming executives.

The 42-year-old former This Morning host has been invited to Hollywood to investigate options for a future in America.

This especially refers to Disney Plus, as well as other big television companies.

Holly, who returned to front Dancing On Ice earlier this month after a long sabbatical, is more available and capable of pursuing these kind of possibilities than she was previously.

It comes after she unexpectedly left ITV’s popular morning programme in October, following the revelation of a terrifying suspected kidnapping and murder plot against her.

She has already been picked to anchor a new jungle-themed series for streaming giant Netflix alongside Bear Grylls, in which celebrities will compete against him.

An insider told The Sun that the mum-of-three was now ‘a free agent’ and for the first time in years ‘free to be courted by these huge streaming platforms’.

‘A number of US networks and production companies have been interested in her for a while and she’s caught the attention of some major brands.

‘She has true star pulling power and as well as being glamorous is a polished professional in front of the camera. It’s an exciting time,’ they added.

It’s also been stated that Holly wants to push her lifestyle and health business Wylde Moon in the United States, inspired by US actress Gwyneth Paltrow’s success with Goop.

‘Holly has made it no secret that she is following the Gwyneth Paltrow brand model,’ the insider added, claiming that launching herself across the pond could ‘make those dreams a reality’.

It’s also been stated that Holly wants to market her lifestyle and health business Wylde Moon in the United States, having been inspired by US actress Gwyneth Paltrow’s success with Goop.

Since Holly’s departure from the show, ITV executives have been eager to permanently replace her, with a number of guest presenters filling the void.

Siân Welby, 37, and Dermot O’Leary, 50, recently attempted hosting for four days and impressed those in control.

According to one insider, ‘Siân has done a terrific job’ and everyone at ITV ‘absolutely likes her’.

This is despite the Capital Breakfast Show co-host getting into trouble.

She, along with Roman Kemp and Chris Stark, have received over 100 Ofcom complaints for making fun of a small company on the radio.
