Pete Sandiford of Gogglebox has become a parent for the second time.
The Channel 4 show featured not one, but two baby bombshells, as co-star Ellie Warner unveiled her newborn boy in the first few minutes of the broadcast.
Pete then finished the event by announcing the birth of his daughter, whom he joyfully displayed to the audience.
Pete was seated alongside sister Sophie, as usual, making snide remarks about the week’s major TV highlights, but at the conclusion, he pulled out a cute newcomer to the sofa – and revealed her name.
‘Sophie, did I give you Eva’s entire name?’ he said, holding his newborn daughter while Sophie was in the other room.
‘She’s going to be Eva Sylvie Sandiford.’
The new auntie certainly agreed, as she said, ‘I adore it!’
Pete and his wife Paige Yeomans already have a one-year-old son named Jimmy, who is now becoming a big brother.
Ellie confirmed on Friday’s episode of Gogglebox that she and partner Nat had welcomed a baby boy.
In the opening seconds of the show, the reality star was shown clutching her infant son before passing him off to her sister – now auntie – Izzi.
Ellie rushed to social media shortly after the episode premiered to share a first photo of her kid with her admirers, as well as disclose his beautiful name.
‘Sweet baby Ezra,’ she captioned a cute photo of the infant asleep and covered in a blanket.
‘He has made our lives complete. We love you so much son.’
Last December, Pete and Ellie both announced their pregnancy on the same programme.
Ellie was discussing her ultrasound with her sister Izzi, while Pete informed his own sister that Jimmy would be a big brother.
Gogglebox airs Fridays from 9pm on Channel 4
