Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has been showered in praise after proudly showing her weight-loss journey this year with a series of pictures.
The 22-year-old reality star posted a video on Instagram on Monday, sharing pictures from each month.
She captioned the clip: ‘Big changes this year and even bigger changes coming next year.’
In the first picture, Amy posed in a gorgeous Cinderella outfit for a party in January, while other pics saw her soaking up some sun and finishing off the year in a glam black outfit.
Fans gushed over the grinning pictures in the comments, with many writing ‘Incredible’.
One wrote: ‘My little girls loved watching that. My 5 year old said the first girl is so beautiful.’

The Celebs Go Dating favourite has been sharing her lifestyle changes this year, revealing on social media earlier this year that she had lost an impressive 33cm from around her waist.
She has also spoken about what spurred her on to make the changes, previously telling Metro.co.uk: ‘All my friends would tell you that they’ve seen me do every single diet under the sun.
‘I think it was just the right time, the right age, my mind was exactly where it needed to be. I was really on it, and still am.
‘I think the gym mainly is what spurred it to properly drop, because I was losing inches as well as weight. That’s what topped it all, just being in that right mindset, in the right zone and doing the right things, eating the right things.
‘Just changing a whole lifestyle rather than doing a really quick fix on shakes and bars that just didn’t… I’d lose two stone and then put it back on the minute I eat an apple.’
Amy had starred on Gogglebox from 2013 until 2018, but shortly after her family quit the series, she admitted cruel trolls used to leave her in tears with their comments.
She told The Sun: ‘I’d have a little cry in my bed alone but that was only for a few months after reading cruel comments.
‘It just doesn’t bother me because I know my friends love me for me and they don’t think of me as overweight.’
