Gardeners’ World star Monty Don has announced his replacement as he takes a break from the long-running series.
Monty, 65, has been leading the popular series since 2003, but is now taking some time off in order to focus on a new project.
But don’t worry fans – he won’t be gone for long.
Making the announcement on Twitter, he said: ‘Having been delayed by a year due to Covid I am off today (and for the next four days) to a studio to read “My Garden World” as an audio book.’
He then said that garden designer Adam Frost will ‘take the helm’ in his absence.
Adam has been appearing on the show since 2018, and is known winning seven Gold Medals at the Chelsea Flower Show during his career as a landscaper.

Gardeners’ World, which gives green-fingered viewers tips and advice, is filmed a week in advance to factor in the ever-changing weather and season.
Adam will appear on the show from May 7, where he will give his tips on lawn repair and planting a seasonal container.
Advolly Richmond will also be present, bringing viewers up to date in her history of lawns.
Gardeners’ World airs Fridays at 9pm on BBC Two.
