How would you respond if you won a huge prize on a game show? One competitor was so thrilled that he dislocated his shoulder – yeah!
Henry won the game of Bonkers on The Price is Right, which mixes aspects of Race Game, Split Decision, and One Away.
To be honest, his reaction was very understandable, as he immediately began leaping up and down and cheering.
Drew Carey, the show’s host, was also on hand to congratulate him, before alerting the studio audience that Henry had gotten a bit carried away…
Henry stepped back onto the scene after an ad break, his right arm dangling by his side.
‘Let me explain what happened,’ Drew began.
‘This is Alice, Henry’s wife. Henry was celebrating and going “Woo” and he dislocated his shoulder.’
Henry and Alice, on the other hand, laughed it off, even if it meant he couldn’t spin the wheel himself!
Henry looked on triumphantly as she spun the gigantic wheel and called out to his family back home.
Alice scored a massive 95 on the wheel and began rejoicing, but Drew was quick to issue her a warning.
‘Don’t hurt yourself,’ he joked.
However, we have a feeling Henry won’t be down for long, as the score sent him to the Showcase Showdown, where he earned a vacation to Hawaii.
Of course, he required medical treatment before to boarding any planes.
If you’re going to have a dislocated shoulder, why not have it in Hawaii?
The episode was shot in February, and Henry has since assured everyone that he is well.
The Price is Right taunted him on Instagram for earning a vacation to ‘Hawaii and the ER.’
They also stated that Henry is now ‘feeling better and completely recovered’ after harming himself.
Viewers at home were pulling for Henry as well, but they couldn’t help but chuckle.
