Ncuti Gatwa and Millie Gibson, actors of Doctor Who, have had a retro makeover in a recent look behind the scenes.
With David Tennant returning as the 14th Doctor later this year before the Sex Education star, 30, takes over the TARDIS, the long-running BBC sci-fi series is once again under the direction of showrunner Russell T Davies.
The 18-year-old Coronation Street actress Millie, who was revealed as the Time Lord’s new companion on Children In Need last year, will join the Barbie actor.
Fans of science fiction have already seen the first images of the couple from Doctor Who, and the actors have been sighted filming on location. Now, there are more images to drool over.
In the most recent photos, Millie and Ncuti have both travelled back to the 1960s, with Ncuti sporting a stylish blue and white pine stripe suit.
In contrast, Mille’s outfit consists of a minidress in the colours of the late Mary Quant and matching boots.
It follows the Beeb’s teaser of the first look photos of Drag Race champion Jinkx Monsoon dressed as the Doctor for Who.
The long-running sci-fi show’s forthcoming 14th season will include a number of stars, including the drag queen who won the fifth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race in 2013 and was named earlier this month.
Jinkx’s outfit is an artistic interpretation of a piano, even though we are unsure of the exact role she will be performing or the name of her character.
Doctor Who returns in November on the BBC and iPlayer.
