Death in Paradise viewers have predicted that romance could be on the cards for two of our favourite characters.
Following the return of Sergeant Florence Cassell (Josephine Jobert) to Saint Marie, her relationship with DI Neville Parker (Ralf Little) seems to be hotting up.
Despite getting used to his particular ways and the fact he is allergic to everything, the pair have grown closer after Florence opened up about losing her fiancé.
Over a romance plate of chicken and chips, Neville could also be seen talking to his colleague about his dad passing away.
During last night’s episode, he also shared a story about one of his worst ever dates, that involved a crab.
That explains why he is scared of them then.
As the instalment came to a close, the duo looked like they were on and a date as they can be seen looking into each others eyes.
It didn’t go unnoticed by fans either…
Taking to Twitter to talk about the budding romance, one viewer tweeted: ‘Is they going to be a romance brewing between Florence and Neville I hope.’
Another commented: ‘Florence looks like she’s on a date?’
While one added: ‘Are we seeing the start of a blossoming romance at the end?’
‘Possible romance in the future for Florence and Neville? Opposites attract & everything?’ another said.
Last night’s episode also saw the arrival of new character Marlon Pryce, played by actor Tajh Miles.
In an unexpected twist, Marlon who plays a petty criminal has now become a trainee police officer, much to the horror of JP Cooper (Tobi Bakere).
Death in Paradise airs tonight at 9pm on BBC One.
