Dancing on Ice returns tonight with the stars knocking it out of the park with brand new routines.

Time has certainly flown by as we’re a week away from the halfway mark, and this evening the remaining celebrities will be incorporating props into their performances with the hopes of impressing judges Ashley Banjo, Oti Mabuse, Jayne Torvill, and Christopher Dean.

With Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby introducing the contestants and a unique dance from Oti, Jayne, and Christopher, tonight’s show is set to be a special one.

So far, Ben Foden Ria Hebden, Rachel Stevens, Liberty Poole, and Bez have been eliminated from the competition.

But who is left?

Sally Dynevor and Matt Evers

The Coronation Street actress, 58, who was the first celebrity confirmed for this year’s series, found herself in the dreaded skate-off last weekend against the Happy Mondays’ star.

Although Sally suffered a nasty crash on the ice during rehearsals this week, which her professional partner Matt captured via video, many fans are keeping an eye out, as they predict the soap legend will be the first tackling the notorious headbanger.

Brendan Cole and Vanessa Bauer

The Strictly Come Dancing pro, 45, has been the one to watch from the beginning after Christopher hailed his skating debut as ‘the best performance’ he’s seen across 14 series.

Brendan faces a different challenge last week after his partner Vanessa tested positive for coronavirus, which meant she couldn’t take part in musicals week.

However Brendyn Hatfield stepped in, and it’s a good thing he did because their Jersey Boys-inspired routine earned Brendan his first 10.

Can he keep that momentum up tonight, we’ll have to wait and see.

Connor Ball and Alexandra Schauman

The Vamps musician, 25, and Alexandra have gone from strength to strength from week one.

However, the star suffered an unfortunate mishap during dance week, after suffering an injury moments before broadcast.

Connor clutched a tissue to his chin as blood dripped onto his collar and explained: ‘I was a bit stressed about the spin so I kept trying to perfect the spin and I slipped out and smacked my face on the ice.’

Kimberly Wyatt and Mark Hanretty

The Pussycat Dolls singer, 40, has wowed the judges and viewers at home with her flexibility, and the star recently teased what fans can expect.

Speaking to The Sun, the performer teased a signature move she would love to include in her upcoming routine.

‘Michael Jackson has the moonwalk, but in Pussycat Dolls I created the standing oversplit and now it’s become a language among dancers around the world.

‘So many girls do it, boys do it and always tag me and it’s a thing.’

Kye Whyte and Tippy Packard

The 22-year-old BMX racer, who’s partnered with pro skater Tippy Packard, had quite a rocky start to the series after he was forced to miss week three of the competition due to an injury.

However, that hasn’t disrupted Kye’s groove so far.

Let’s see how the athlete performs during props week.

Regan Gascoigne and Karina Manta

Regan, 26, has seriously impressed the Dancing on Ice judges as well as viewers at home, with his slick routines and incredible moves, which was expected due to his dancing background.

As he remains towards the top of the leaderboard, the dancer revealed just how prone he is to injuries as the competition toughens up further.

His dad Paul Gascoigne, has been cheering him on from the sidelines throughout the process, which fans have dubbed the ‘cutest’ thing ever.

Stef Reid and Andy Buchanan

The Paralympian, 37, has also impressed the judges with her performances and regularly updates her fans on Instagram over her progress.

Stef lost her right foot in a boating accident when she was 15-years-old and underwent a lifesaving operation in Toronto which saw her right leg amputated below the knee.

She shared: ‘Lots of balance, lots of core work, lots of back work,’ before concluding: ‘And it is all worth it!’

Dancing on Ice airs on Sunday at 6.30pm on ITV.
