Daisy May Cooper fans were delighted to see she’s signed up to star in the new rebooted series of Never Mind The Buzzcocks recently, and now she’s shared a stunning photo from behind the scenes.
The comedian and actress posed for a snap backstage after filming the panel show, keeping fans updated on Instagram.
‘Another banging Buzzcocks b******,’ she wrote, looking glamorous in an all black ensemble.
Daisy is a team captain in the upcoming episodes, going head to head with the returning Noel Fielding – and it’s safe to say we’re very excited about the whole thing.
The new eight-episode series will arrive on Sky Artsand NOW TV later this year, bringing back the format fans know so well.
As well as Daisy and Noel, Greg Davies has been announced as host and stand-up comic Jamali Maddix will serve as a regular guest.

Never Mind the Buzzcocks has been away from our screens for six years. It originally aired between 1996 and 2015 and was first hosted by Mark Lamarr, then by Simon Amstell, and later by a number of guest presenters, with Rhod Gilbert hosting the final series.
The likes of Sean Hughes, Bill Bailey and Phil Jupitus were previously team captains.
Director of Sky Arts and Entertainment for Sky, Phil Edgar-Jones said Never Mind The Buzzcocks is ‘one of those truly iconic shows’ and said the show’s return is ‘a buzz and a treat for lovers of tuneless humming everywhere.’
Kate Edmunds, Director of Programmes for Talkback, added: ‘We’re over the moon that Sky has made the very wise decision to reboot our beloved Buzzcocks.
‘Musicians, stand down, we hear your deafening cries for some long-overdue attention.’
Meanwhile, Daisy has reportedly split from her husband Will Weston, 10 months after they welcomed their second child together.
The This Country star married the garden landscaper in September 2019, and they share two children, Pip, two, and 10-month-old Jack.
Never Mind The Buzzcocks is set to return in the autumn to Sky Arts and NOW TV
