Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, star of Changing Rooms, has now revealed the identity of the TV presenter who had an erotic dream about him.
The quirky interior designer, 58, rose to prominence on the home makeover show, which debuted on the BBC in 1996 before being relaunched by Channel 4 in 2020.
While the revival was axed owing to’mediocre ratings’ after only two seasons, the father-of-two left an impact on one of the Changing Rooms staff.
He said that one of his coworkers was ‘very embarrassed’ one day before confessing she’d had a ‘dream about him.’
Laurence, who has been married to Jackie Llewelyn-Bowen since 1989, joked about asking her, “How did it go?” However, she began to appear ashamed.
He continued: ‘And it was just the colour she went, I didn’t want to pursue it anymore. I could tell it was something she wanted to keep quiet, that’s for sure.’
Laurence revealed to the Daily Star that the individual in issue was Changing Rooms’ new presenter, Anna Richardson.
Speaking further about the Naked Attraction host, he told the publication: ‘With what she’s seen you can imagine with her dreams it would be really naughty having spent all day looking at willies and lady bits, you’d think for her, the idea of a dirty dream would be just like doing the washing up, as she is the sex-obsessed queen of genitalia after all.’
Anna, 52, recently disclosed that she has a new lover after divorcing her partner, The Great British Bake Off judge Sue Perkins, 53.
Opening up about her romance and the importance of understanding love languages, the TV star said: ‘For example, this morning – I’m dating, I’ve got a boyfriend – and already my boyfriend has said to me, “I haven’t spent enough time with you”, so his love language is time – he needs my time to feel loved.
She continued to The Mirror: ‘Whereas actually, I quite like to receive texts saying [something like] “I’m thinking about you and I love you”. So people need to be aware of how their partner does their love language.’
Meanwhile, Laurence, who is happily married, quipped that he’d be up for Anna’s program, Naked Attraction, saying, ‘I don’t need to be single to do it!’
