Chantelle Houghton, the winner of Celebrity Big Brother, said that she was stalked and had to call the police.
The beauty model, 39, became the first non-celebrity to enter the house as part of an intricate challenge in which she tried to persuade her fellow participants that she was the lead singer of a fake pop group (Kandy Floss…with a K).
Despite having a girlfriend on the outside, Chantelle rapidly became a household celebrity following her victory due to her relationship with ex-husband Samuel Preston.
As BB fans gear up for the highly anticipated revival, the TV personality pondered on a severe incident that occurred during her time on Series 6.
‘When I was Big Brother the first time, there was a lady from Coventry that used to write letters to my mum saying that she had this connection with me,’ she said.
‘She was getting quite intense. Then she offered to give me one of her Ferraris.
‘One day my mum opened the door, and this lady was standing there, and she asked if I was home, and my mum was like “who are you?”’
She continued: ‘Then my mum realised it was ‘that lady’ and it got heavy because she said she was in love with me, and she was going to leave her husband…. So my mum had to call the police. Very weird.’
And just when you thought things couldn’t get more bizarre, there was another disturbing thing her fans kept requesting.

‘I also get a lot of people asking for pictures of my feet,’ she added.
I’ve got amazing feet apparently. Apart from that I’ve got off lightly.’
Chantelle got engaged to Katie Price‘s ex-husband Alex Reid live on Ireland’s Saturday Night Show in October 2011, and she gave birth to their daughter Dolly the following June.
However, the couple divorced in October 2012.
When asked if she’s still in touch with her fellow co-stars, she told us: ‘Only Preston, and Michael Barrymore sometimes on Twitter, but that’s it.’
Chantelle showed off her incredible four stone weight reduction earlier this year and hinted if fans would see her again in the next revival.
‘I took a break from the public eye for personal reasons,’ she said.
‘I’m in a really great place, I’ve lost four and a half stone. Really excited for Big Brother to come back because I’m involved in the spin-off show so watch this space.’
