Big Brother’s Halloween episode had severe frights in store for the housemates as a fourth member was evicted without warning – and the newly-evicted Kerry Riches thinks the public ‘hated me’.

Kerry, Olivia Young, and Dylan Tennant were evicted in a surprise secret eviction on Halloween when Trish Balusa and Noky Simbani were ‘possessed’ and forced to pick three of their housemates for a public vote.

There were twists and turns throughout the show, which saw’revolting’ challenges ranging from eating fish guts to caressing fake rats, culminating with Kerry being abruptly ejected and made to exit through a coffin.

She stated that she had no ill will towards the possessed housemate who had put her up for eviction and that she was’ready’ to depart.

‘I hold no grudge against them, I’ve had an amazing experience – I’m totally ready,’ she declared before getting into the coffin.

Kerry was a contentious candidate, and when Hallie Clarke and Zak Srakaew were voted out of the competition, screams of ‘Get Kerry out!’ could be heard from the audience outside.

Kerry subsequently stated on Big Brother Late and Live that she had had the “best experience,” but that she was “ready to get out.”

She addressed the public chants to evict her, having heard them on the last few evictions, admitting to Will Best she ‘didn’t get it.’

‘They hated me, it wasn’t happening to anyone else,’ she said.

‘I pride myself on caring for people and I love the experience, and I didn’t get it.’

Her elimination happened when Big Brother instructed Dylan, Kerry, and Olivia to visit a room, where they imagined they would be subjected to another assignment.

The public vote had been opened earlier in the day, unbeknownst to the trio, and they learnt while standing there that one of them was about to be expelled.

Big Brother announced Kerry’s eviction with no ceremony, and she immediately exited the house down a trapdoor shaped like a coffin.

While Kerry went quietly, a major, flaming brawl broke out in the house as Dylan discovered he was up for eviction.

He hit out at Trish for putting him up after initially surviving last week’s eviction, accusing her of ‘chatting s**t’ – with Trish hitting back just as hard saying he had ‘no self-awareness, you’re a liar’ and ‘you’re full of s**t.’

Noky then apologised to Trish for putting her in the situation of having to select who would be evicted when she had to choose a partner after discovering she was possessed.

Trish consoled an upset Noky, assuring her that it wasn’t her fault.

Hallie, 18, was the third evicted competitor, exiting the house on Friday night.
