90s TV presenter, 55, amazes fans with youthful bikini video

One 1990s television presenter has stunned us all with a wonderful video.

Jenny Powell, 55, is a television and radio presenter best recognised for her initial appearance on No Limits.

She went on to present shows including Wheel of Fortune, UP2U, Gimme 5, Live Talk, Wordplay, and Daybreak.

The diva, who appears to have barely aged since she first appeared on our screens, released a radiant, young video from her recent tropical holiday on social media.

Jenny shared the video with her 140,000 Instagram followers, showing her enjoying the sun in Marbella, Spain.

She was the embodiment of vacation elegance, dressed in a black two-piece swimsuit and a crystal necklace that accentuated her toned physique.

She wore her brunette hair in a natural wavy manner and went makeup-free.

The scenery surrounding Jenny was stunning, with a bright sky and the sound of the ocean in the background.

She went on to talk about the various spa treatments she’s had during her trip to a wellness retreat, telling viewers: ‘Gosh, I feel like I’ve gone feral. I have in a way. Could be Thailand, could be Bali… I’m here at Shanti-Som, Marbella and the sky is blue today.

‘It’s been quite a revelation for me, all in all, I’ve had some incredible treatments. Massage, don’t normally have it, and I just had the best massage. So relaxed.

‘The biggest discovery for me was having Reiki, spiritual, harmonious treatment. I burst into tears, twice. I couldn’t stop crying. It’s just lifted this weight and I was talking a lot about stuff, just stuff. I highly recommend that.’

‘It’s one of those trips where I am looking at flights for one day later. I’d love to stay. But, do you know what? It’s all in here,’ she added, tapping her chest where her heart is.

‘So, let’s hope it stays right where it is.’

Taking to the comments, Jenny’s followers were amazed and, of course, envious of her travels.

Andrew Daniels commented: ‘Stunning jenny xx looking gorgeous picture of health and beauty enjoy

‘Beautiful woman . Fantastic body ’, commented Patrick Nolan.

‘Jenny ur getting fitter as you get older ’, wrote John Kenny.

Long-time fans will not be surprised that Jenny has experimented with numerous new spiritual remedies.

The TV personality has previously discussed how her fiancé Martin Lowe, 48, stays in shape through cold water swimming and strongman training, which he introduced Jenny to.

As for her amazing physique, Jenny has credited doing ‘hot yoga four times a week’.

She’s also said she ‘looks after herself with food’.

Jenny, who has two kids, Constance, 22, and Pollyanna, 14, is so passionate about yoga that she has decided to pursue it professionally.

Jenny announced last year that she was training to be a yoga instructor, taking a step back from the spotlight.

She wrote online: ‘I have procrastinated, deliberated and finally pushed the button and committed to starting my online yoga teaching training course.

‘I’m a technophobe and in my mid-fifties, some would say I’ve left things a bit late but I say noooooo!

‘We are a generation of women who are different to those before us, we are empowered and ready to make our second half the best half.

‘Guys and gals whatever you’ve been putting off just be honest about what’s stopping you and imagine THAT feeling once it’s been achieved.’

Jenny began her television career in 1986, hosting the BBC 2 show No Limits.

She is currently a broadcaster on Greatest Hits Radio, where she starts the nation’s mornings with hits from the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s.
