If you’re planning on watching The Batman when it’s released, make sure you’re sitting comfortably because you’ll be there for a while.
The upcoming movie, starring Robert Pattinson, is set to be the franchise’s longest one yet, coming in at almost three hours.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the highly-anticipated comic book film has running time of two hours and 55 minutes, including eight minutes of credits.
Insiders at Warner Bros. have since confirmed the running time to the publication, making it the longest running solo Batman film so far.
Taking the crown for the longest superhero film is Zac Snyder’s Justice League – starring Ben Affleck as Batman – which stands at a staggering four hours and two minutes.
However, this was a director’s cut that did not receive a cinematic release.
