Gal Gadot has addressed whether she’ll be returning to the Fast and Furious franchise.
The Wonder Woman actress appeared in the fourth, fifth and sixth instalments of the action films – and played Gisele Yashar in the movies.
Her character died in the sixth flick, in a bid to save onscreen beau Han Lue (Sung Kang).
However, after it was revealed that Han was returning to the fold after his ‘death’, Gal was questioned on whether she could ever return.
Chatting to MTV, the 35-year-old laughed: ‘[We’ve] never seen the body.’
‘Oh wow, I don’t know, I have no idea…
‘Right now it’s not on my to-do list.’
Well, that’s not a total no…
Sung will be returning to our screens in the ninth film of the franchise, reprising his role alongside Vin Diesel and Tyrese Gibson.
We’re not entirely sure how that will play out seeing Han was thought to have died in a previous instalment.
However, we’ll be waiting for a while to find out – as the movie has been delayed due to the pandemic.
It was initially set to be released in April of this year, before being pushed to next April, before bosses announced it would drop in May.
Fingers crossed that still stands.
Fans have devoured the films, which continue to smash box office records – but unfortunately they’re reportedly coming to an end after the 11th flick.
Numerous outlets have reported the long-running series will call it a day once the 11th film hits cinemas.
On the flip side, we’ll reportedly be getting even more spin-offs, after the success of Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham’s Hobbs and Shaw.
Bring it on.
