The Kardashians have given us many memorable moments in pop culture, from the line “my diamond earring!” to the fight between Kim and Kourtney to the strange way they cut cucumbers.
But no matter how many twists and turns the family tells us about, we can’t get enough of their unique way of shaking meals.
Anyone who really likes the Kardashians knows that they love big salads in big plastic bowls.
And most importantly, you have to give the salad a good shake before eating it.
In the first season of The Kardashians, the three sisters talk about how they made the salad shake such a big deal.
While talking directly to her fanbase (as she shakes a salad, naturally), Kim states, ‘We know you all love this. Sharing a salad with us and shaking one.’

Kourtney contributes her thoughts, stating, ‘I believe I created a sensation around shaking salads.’
She isn’t wrong.
And now, thanks to M&S, you can bring a little bit of the Kardashians’ lunch style into your own home.
The grocery store has a new line of salads called Shake-A-Salad that are made to be shaken, just like our favourite family does.
This isn’t just any salad, that’s for sure. This salad is not sponsored by M&S or the Kardashians.
There is chicken Caesar, tuna Nicoise, and Greek cheese on the menu. All of these dishes are served in plastic bowls, but they are much smaller than the ones we see on the show.
You just put in a pot of sauce and shake.
TikTok fans are, of course, loving it. Jodi Chupka, who made the salad, posted a video of herself eating it with the comment, “Can’t believe M&S is giving us all our own Kardashian moment.”
The salads commence at £5.50 and are currently available.
