The stars of Selling Sunset have finally let slip to fans when the latest batch of property drama will be back on our screens in the UK – and we don’t have long left at all.

Several of the cast of the hit sun-soaked real estate drama revealed the news on social media on Wednesday and revealed The Oppenheim Group would be back on screens at the end of November.

There’s tons of drama and updates to look forward to after season three left viewers taking in the wild scenes of Chrishell Stause fleeing from Christine Quinn’s wedding as she dealt with her upcoming divorce.

Whilst so much has happened with all the cast since season three dropped in summer 2020, here’s all you need to know about season four.

When is the Selling Sunset season 4 UK release date?

Cast member Maya Vander was among those to share a photo with her fellow cast members and confirmed what we’ve all been waiting for.

She said: ‘Yes!!! Excited to announce that Selling Sunset season 4 is coming out on Thanksgiving weekend!! Get ready for more Drama, sexy homes and yes, I’m pregnant again!’

So, fans will get to be able to tune into the full series upon its premiere on November 24th, 2021 on Netflix.

It comes after Mary Fitzgerald previously told us she expected a November release date in a recent exclusive interview.

Asked when season four would air, she told Metro.co.uk: ‘I think it’s going to come around like November-ish.

‘I don’t have an exact date yet. But yeah, I believe it’ll be sometime in November.’

Who is in the cast of Selling Sunset season 4?

All the main cast are set to return for season four with a couple of new additions.

Newcomers to the show Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan are also set to spice things up amid the already eventful season ahead.

Mary previously told us what the newbies are like, commenting: ‘Both of them are super, super sweet. Emma I’ve actually known for five years, I think she’s been just around our group for a while.

‘She’s also an agent, a super, super successful businesswoman and has her own business and, and she’s just really, really sweet.

‘There is going to be some drama between her and Christine. So, you guys can look forward to that!’

Heather Rae Young’s fiancé Tarek El-Moussa is also said to be featured in this latest season.

All the other girls are expected to be back, with Davina Potratz and Brett Oppenheim still amongst the cast despite their departures from The Oppenheim Group.

Mary’s husband Romain, who now has a bigger role to play in the property group, will also return.

In Maya’s post, she also acknowledged Christine Quinn and Amanza Smith who were both missing in the picture but are expected to be in season four.

Is there a trailer for Selling Sunset season 4?

At the moment, there isn’t yet a trailer for season four of Selling Sunset but the news has only just been announced, so we expect there will be one very soon for you to get stuck into.

Luckily, Mary already gave fans some insight as to what would be going down in season four, with a clear divide between Christine and the other girls set to come into the mix as well as addressing whether Chrishell’s relationship with Jason Oppenheim would be featured.

She teased to Metro.co.uk: ‘Well, you’re definitely going to see a relationship divide, that you wouldn’t expect and things that have happened where it’s just like, shocking.

‘Without giving away too much, it’s hard to, it’s hard to say to explain it but it’s gonna be pretty shocking to see some of the things that have happened.

‘I think Jason and Chrishell came out with their relationship in between seasons four and five.

‘So, you won’t see that on season four, but you will in season five.’

Selling Sunset season 4 returns on November 24th to Netflix, seasons 1-3 are available to stream now.
