Maya Jama has returned to the Love Island villa with a bang, eager to welcome a fresh crop of singletons looking for love (or lust) under the scorching heat.
The fan-favorite TV presenter made her ITV2 debut earlier this year, not only wowing audiences with her naturally captivating personality, but also dropping jaws on the floor with her show-stopping beauty.
Who can forget the 28-year-old’s black cut-out outfit from her very first show, confirming (as if we had any doubts) that she has no qualms about going big and turning heads?
Maya’s first look for the 2023 summer series is officially here, and she’s delivered the heat yet again.
Before the ten islanders moved into their new home for the next several weeks – or even months – the TV personality posed for a shot in front of the villa’s famed heart-shaped arch, turning to gaze over her shoulder.
For her debut, the TV personality wore an eye-catching white cut-out outfit with a crochet design that reached her ankles over her brilliant gold shoes.
The dress, which has been designed by Cult Gaia and is called the Accalia Gown, costs a whopping £2,500 and also comes in a scarlet red.
Maya’s flowing curls hid away the ties as she smiled at the camera, despite the fact that the number does up behind the neck.
Tonight, five males and five girls will enter the villa for the first time, sizing one other up and forming pairings before getting to know one another.
André Furtado, Catherine Agbaje, Ella Thomas, George Fensom, Jess Harding, Mehdi Edno, Mitchel Taylor, Molly Marsh, Ruchee Gurung, and Tyrique Hyde, aged 21 to 26, are among them.
Maya stated her delight about taking part in the 2023 summer series ahead of its start, following making her debut earlier in the year for the winter version.
‘It’s special. I feel now [after] the first one, I’ve got it and we’ve done it, all the nerves are gone a bit and now I’m ready to go,’ she said.
‘I’m so excited. It’s coming around so fast, I feel like we were just doing it yesterday and now it’s like “back at it again”.’
She acknowledged that she is feeling a little bit of pressure to do as well as last time, after taking over from Laura Whitmore.
Maya Jama wears Cult Gaia ahead of Love Island returning at 9pm tonight on ITV2 and ITVX.
