Tammy Slaton’s 1000-Lb Sisters admirers have praised her when she was spotted standing up by herself in recent images.
The TLC personality has given viewers a front-row ticket to her metamorphosis, and she just underwent further surgery after losing over 200 pounds.
She had been moving around with the use of a walker or wheelchair, as well as an oxygen tank, for years before enrolling herself into a food rehab centre for more assistance.
Rare new photos from Amy Slaton’s Instagram page show the 36-year-old standing alone and surrounded by friends.
She grinned broadly for the photos, dressed in a black pullover with white skeleton design, black tracksuit bottoms and black sneakers.
Followers couldn’t get enough of the uploads and crowded the comments section with expressions of congratulations for the reality star’s efforts.
‘Seeing Tammy stand on her own is so heartwarming. Proud of y’all’s progress,’ one commented.
‘Tammy standing on her own? Big W,’ another agreed.
A fan penned: ‘Way to go Tammy!! No oxygen and walking on her own!!’

Tammy has taken viewers on her journey to lose weight, which hit a worrying setback last year when she was rushed to hospital after she stopped breathing at a rehab center.
She returned to the treatment centre after leaving the hospital and became even more focused on her objectives, despite the fact that she had previously weighed 717 pounds at her heaviest.
Her hard effort paid off in the last season of 1000-Lb Sisters when she was told she could have surgery.
‘When I got on the scale and I saw the scale was at 534.7, I stopped breathing for a second,’ she told the camera in a recent episode.
‘I’m like 14lbs under my goal weight. From over 700, that’s a huge drop.
‘I did that! I’m feeling thrilled, proud, excited – just all the emotions.
‘I proved everybody wrong. Everybody that doubted me, I finally got my told-you-so moment!’
