Fans were divided by Stacey Solomon’s heartwarming family images as she and Joe Swash flew off on a sun-kissed vacation, as they pointed out a ‘rude’ passenger sat behind them.
The Loose Women presenter and operas actor have brought their three children, Rex, four, Rose, one, and seven-month-old Belle, as well as Stacey’s elder boys Leighton, 12, and Zachary, 15, on a 10-day vacation to celebrate the end of the school year and Stacey’s upcoming vacation.
Always one to keep followers up to date on her life with her ‘little pickles,’ Stacey posted a series of happy Instagram photos of the parents and their three younger children loading into the plane, all dressed in white and ready to take off.
Stacey, Joe, and the kids grinned for the camera, each of them appearing on top of the world as they went for their getaway, with the images likely shot by one of the older boys.
While many people in the comments wished the family well and joked about how jealous they were, some took issue with a little feature in one of the images.
One photo shows Stacey smiling while carrying Belle, while Joe gives a thumbs up with Rose in his lap – however it appears a passenger seated behind them used Stacey’s head rest to hang a bag from, with the strap visible behind the mother-of-five’s head.
As one person pointed out: ‘Has the person behind [Stacey] put a bag on her head rest?
‘That would be straight off! Irritating the back of my head!’
Another agreed: ‘Don’t like the bag strap of the passenger behind… very rude of them!’
One reader mentioned that the luggage would have to be out of the way before departure, and it appears that the tiny discomfort was the last thing on Stacey’s mind as she raved over the ‘experience’ they were having.
‘And so the adventure begins ✈️🥲 So excited for ten days of summer with my whole world 🌎😭 P.S the big boys are here too they were just asleep as soon as we got on the plane 😂.’
It comes after Stacey and Joe got prepare for their trip by getting spray tans – but it didn’t quite go to plan as they were left looking slightly more orange than they had anticipated.
In a video where they looked as though they were channeling their inner Ross Geller in the famous Friends episode, Stacey burst into laughter as the joked they would ‘end up paler when we come home.’
‘Look how white my teeth are,’ Joe despaired as Stacey agreed, adding that because her teeth ‘aren’t my real teeth, they really glow.’
‘Your skin tone now matches your ginger beard,’ she told her husband in one last friendly jibe before the camera cut out.
