Rebekah Vardy finished her week with a workout session.
When she posted a snapshot of herself in the gym on Sunday, the 41-year-old singer said that she was about to get her heart rate up.
Doting mother Rebekah made a peace sign in the selfie and appeared to be in good spirits.
The former I’m A Celebrity contestant wore a black sports bra and bright pink leggings while listening to music through a pair of fashionable headphones.
Rebekah, you’re looking great!
Her Sunday workout comes just weeks after she boldly opened up about dreading death at Armageddon and being given ‘upsetting’ pictures of the end of the world as a Jehovah’s Witness growing up.
The model, most known for her role in the Wagtha Christie trial, discussed her rigid upbringing in the religious society in a Channel 4 documentary titled Rebekah Vardy: Jehovah’s Witnesses and Me.
The mother-of-five was reared as a Jehovah’s Witness in Norwich but left when she was 15 because she was’shamed’ for being sexually assaulted and was ostracised by the community, along with family members, following her parents’ divorce.
Rebekah remembered a childhood without Christmas or birthday festivities, in accordance with the religion’s principles, with bible study and trips to the Kingdom Hall, the religious site of worship for Jehovah’s Witnesses, at the opening of the hour-long programme.
As a youngster, she felt she would die at Armageddon if she was not ‘perfect,’ and she recalled ‘upsetting’ pictures of the end of the world revealed to her, which now give her nightmares as an adult.
‘You would have to do things to keep Jehovah happy, because he was constantly watching,’ Rebekah recalled when visiting the Kingdom Hall, where her church convened and where her grandfather was an elder.
‘Who you spoke to, how you spoke, how you dressed, how you held yourself, how you conducted every part of your whole life, and we were told if we didn’t pray enough, bad things would happen to us.’
