Ollie and Gareth Locke-Locke of Made in Chelsea announced the birth of their twin boy and daughter through surrogate on Sunday.
Over the last three years, the reality stars have openly recorded their aspirations to become parents and have shared the wonderful news of their birth on Instagram.
Ollie, 36, wrote a lengthy statement alongside an endearing video introducing the infants, expressing his excitement at becoming a father.
He said: ‘We are so excited to announce that our beautiful twins are finally here and they are more precious than we could have ever imagined.
‘We’ve captured our journey to this point on our Youtube Channel; Daddy Diaries, for a first glimpse and the excitement leading up to them coming home with us – most importantly, their incredible and unique names that are just perfectly fitting for them both.

In addition to their Instagram video, the new parents had their first photoshoot with Hello magazine, giving the outlet a peek into their new life as a family of four.
They told the magazine: ‘The babies are here – this is what we’ve been waiting for.
‘It’s this wonderful moment when we know that we’re the fathers we always wanted to be.’
‘The road makes the final result all the more rewarding, and now they’re here, it’s the ultimate present,’ said Gareth, 34.
Apollo Magnus Obi and Cosima Emily Bex are the names of the couple’s six-week-old twins.
Ollie and Gareth got engaged in 2018 and chose to say ‘I do’ in a covert ceremony in London in November 2020, which they documented on the E4 reality programme.
