Millie Mackintosh opened out about her breast augmentation, calling it “the nicest thing she’s done for herself” after having two children.
The former Made in Chelsea star, 33, is the delighted mother of two kids, Sienna, two, and Aurelia, 18 months, with husband Hugo Taylor, 37. The couple met and fell in love while on the reality programme, and after a brief break in which they married and dated other people, they found their way back to one other.
Millie admitted to her 1.4 million Instagram followers on Thursday that she didn’t feel like herself after breastfeeding her children, but the recent breast enlargement provided her a ‘confidence boost.’
‘It was something I had always wanted to do since I was around 18,’ she continued. When I learned that the breasts I had always desired would not appear for me.
‘I thought okay, “I can work with what I’ve got” and I wore padded bras and I made peace with that.
‘When I was in my twenties and I was on the pill, they were a B, but quite perky and then after breastfeeding both of the girls the skin just got so stretched.
‘Then what I was left with afterwards was a completely different, deflated, empty sack of skin that just did not make me feel like me anymore.
‘Honestly for me, this has been the best thing that I have done for myself.
‘It’s given me a boost of confidence. I’ve really enjoyed wearing swimwear again this summer and it definitely made me feel much freer.’
Earlier this year, Millie responded to claims from trolls that she had a ‘secret boob job.’

She stated that she had “no intention” of concealing the operation and was “under no idea” that it would go unnoticed. She stated that she believes it is ‘damaging to lie about treatments and claim the results are achieved organically,’ and that she was ‘thrilled’ with the outcomes.
She continued: ‘The narrative around people’s decisions to have cosmetic surgery just feels so outdated.’
The reality star also confirmed that she’d had lip fillers: ‘I haven’t admitted this before, but I do get a couple of tweakments.’
