After Millie Bobby Brown appeared to announce her engagement to her longtime partner Jake Bongioni in her most recent Instagram, Taylor Swift fans responded.
The 19-year-old Stranger Things actress broke the internet on Tuesday when she posted a black-and-white Instagram photo of herself and the 20-year-old, who is the son of legendary musician Jon Bon Jovi.
Some followers were more worried about the message she provided alongside the upload than the fact that she was posed with a very huge ring on her engagement finger.
Alongside the sweet picture, she penned: ‘I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all [sic].’
For those who are unaware, the lyrics are taken from Taylor’s popular song Lover, which she composed for her rumoured ex Joe Alwyn.
Fans couldn’t get enough of the caption, which was posted shortly after news broke that the pair had ended their six-year romance.
Some Swifties joked about the timing in the comments of the post, with one saying: ‘Lover lyrics? Read the room Mildrid.’
‘TAYLOR SWIFT AND JOE MAY HAVE BROKEN UP , BUT LIVING FOR THE LOVER QUOTE,’ another yelled as an Instagram user replied: ‘Swifties look at the caption more than the post.’
‘She’s in her Lover era,’ an Instagram user suggested.
‘Oh my god the Lover lyrics I’m crying,’ a commenter added.
Taylor is believed to have first met Joe at the 2016 Met Gala and quickly became close to the actor.
Over the weekend, they were met with rumors that they had secretly gone their separate ways, with reports claiming they grew apart towards the end of their six-year romance.
‘Joe has struggled with Taylor’s level of fame and the attention from the public,’ an insider told People Magazine.
‘The differences in their personalities have also become harder to ignore after years together.’
Although the notoriously secretive couple has yet to comment on the rumors, the Conversations With Friends actor has not been seen at any of the 22 singer’s recent Eras tour concerts.
