After more than three years of effort, Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan have completed their £3.5 million Essex property.
Thanks to social media, the former Towie star, 36, and his actress wife, also 36, have been taking their fans on a trip as they create their ideal house from the ground up.
Along the way, we’ve seen Mark’s topless gardening, a full 16 pillows on their opulent sofa, their sleek, custom kitchen and bathroom – and even rumours of a hefty £30,000 cost due to weather damage.
However, it was friend and Mark’s former co-star James Argent who disclosed that the labour of love was finally finished on Sunday when he uploaded images from the pair’s housewarming celebration.
James, 35, also disclosed the name of the Georgian-style property when he displayed a sign that said ‘Marchella’ on the rear of the building, above the central French windows.
Posing alongside the couple in separate pictures, he wrote: ‘Congratulations to my lovely friends Mark & Michelle for finally completing your dream Home. I am so proud of you & I love ya both to pieces ❤️’

‘I had so much fun performing with my @theargband at the House Warming party today 🎸
#marchella,’ he added.
A brief video of his act – without sound, regrettably – was also included, showcasing the large number of visitors at the party, sipping cocktails around the lovely pool.
For the occasion, the home was also decorated with streams of white balloons, which drew the attention of admirers.
‘Anyone else see the penis shaped balloon in the background or is it just me?’ asked one social media user, and it turns out many agreed.
Yes, the balloon arrangement was forming a very… particular shape in the far-left window of the house’s middle storey on the central façade.
‘The 🍆 balloons just took my attention straight away 😂,’ admitted another person, while someone else posted: ‘Lush. Call me childish, but they’ve got a penis balloon erected from the window. 😂’
‘Here for the penis balloon comments 😂,’ shared another fan.
Mark released a video earlier this month of a big truck driving into their driveway, full to the brim with all kinds of plants that were then hauled inside the house, set to the dulcet tones of Santa Claus is Coming To Town.
It comes after the reality star excitedly displayed his newly planted grass, describing it as ‘the most joyful day I’ve had in six weeks.’
In a video showing their expansive garden nestled in the countryside, he was fizzing with excitement as he declared: ‘The grass is growing. I cannot tell you how much of a buzz this is.’
