Lewis Capaldi believes he looks like the Harry Potter character Mad-Eye Moody because one of his students has been dilating all day.
The Someone You Loved singer, 26, revealed his rather alarming optical ailment on social media after recently posing topless on a golf course to promote his new single.
Lewis noted, with a slew of photographs, that ‘one of my pupils has been stuck dilated all day today and I now just totally look like mad eye gloomy from Harry Potter.’
He confirmed in another post that he is well. ‘I’m not dying, by the way, I spoke to a doctor when I first discovered it, it’s a pharmaceutical response,’ he said.
Naturally, fans expressed anxiety in response to Lewis’ statement, while others expressed amusement.

Alastor ‘Mad-Eye’ Moody, played by Brendan Gleeson, is a former Auror in the wildly popular Harry Potter franchise.
