Laura Anderson offered her social media fans a look of her post-baby physique on Thursday as she updated them on her life as a new mother.
After meeting on Celebs Go Dating, the former Love Island star, 34, gave birth to a baby daughter named Bonnie with her ex, Hollyoaks actor Gary Lucy, 41, in September.
The reality star videotaped herself standing in front of her mirror at home and published it on her Instagram Story, giving followers a glimpse into how she has been healing following her labour.
Laura donned a loungewear bra and grey shorts throughout the video, while her feet were kept warm with smiley-face slippers.
Her beautiful blonde hair was pushed back from her face and tied in a low bun at the back of her head.
The influencer displayed her post-partum tummy by twisting her body side on and adding a comment detailing how she was feeling after being in the hospital.
Laura penned alongside her video: ‘I wasn’t going to share this as it was just to send to my friends and family but who cares.
‘This is my post partum body day 12. I actually feel alright today (I swear it’s the fake tan). I’m starting the pelvic floor exercises tomorrow to bring back the abdominal muscles back together but feeling pretty good today.
‘Ps I hope you like my disposable pants and no I haven’t washed my hair for some time.’
Her post came only a week after she announced the joyous news of her daughter’s birth with her internet fans.
The celebrity posted a compilation of footage and photographs from the hospital visit and the entire trip, along with a lengthy text that included her child’s name and weight.
Laura said: ‘B O N N I E. Hi everyone, my name is Bonnie Rose Lucy Anderson. I was born 02/09/23 at 06.03am and weighed 6.10lbs.
‘My Mummy & Daddy are sooooo happy and in love with me, this is our first week together.
‘I’m sorry it’s taken me some time to introduce myself, I hurt my mummy a little bit and scared my daddy too (oops) we’re all now recovering well at home.
‘Please don’t question My Mummy & Daddy on their relationship- This.. is all about me.’
