Kourtney Kardashian has been indulging her 11-year-old daughter Penelope and cheering her up following her recent health scare.
This weekend, the pregnant reality star, 44, was playing tooth fairy when her daughter, whom she shares with ex Scott Disick, 40, lost a tooth.
Poosh founder pulled up one of the preteen’s baby teeth from beneath her pillow and shared her antics on social media.
‘The tooth fairy strikes again,’ Kourtney captioned the photo.
Of course, if you’re a Kardashian kid, you receive much more than a £1 coin.
First, a trail of glitter was left on Penelope’s bed, which led to some extremely expensive gifts.

These presents included a Prada football for $835 (£670), a $20 (£16) Eloise book and a little mushroom toy.
This isn’t the first time one of the Kardashians has proven to be the town’s most generous Tooth Fairy.
In fact, glitter on the pillow and pricey gifts appear to be the standard when a child loses a tooth, like Kim Kardashian did for her son Saint.
Kourtney’s tweet comes after she underwent emergency foetal surgery as she prepares to give birth to her first child with Travis Barker, 47.
The Blink-182 drummer raced home from the band’s European tour to be by Kourtney’s side, initially without providing any details but merely noting that he needed to attend to a ‘important family situation.’
‘Due to an important family problem, Travis has had to return home to the States,’ read a statement posted on Blink-182’s social media platforms earlier this month.
‘The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed.
‘More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available.’
Fans were concerned when Kourtney and Travis were pictured leaving a hospital.
Addressing the constant headlines, Kourtney later posted a message on Instagram about her worry.
‘I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life,’ she began.
‘I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock.
‘And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.’
Kourtney continued: ‘As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery.
‘I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.
‘I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.’
She signed off: ‘Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing. 🙏🏼🤍’
Commenting underneath, Travis – who has now resumed his tour – wrote: ‘God is great 🙏🏼’
Kourtney is believed to be recovering at home following the incident, and she was’very nervous’ before her operation.

‘She didn’t want to talk about what was going on. She is doing ok now,’ an insider told People.
While this is Kourtney’s first pregnancy with Travis, she already has three children of her own: Mason, 12, Penelope, 11, and Reign, seven.
Travis also looks for Shanna’s 24-year-old daughter Atiana, whose biological father is Oscar De La Hoya.
