Kourtney Kardashian received an outpouring of love and support on Sunday when she shared a few images of her baby belly for the first time since undergoing emergency foetal surgery.
The 44-year-old looked stunning in her new photos, cradling her baby belly while dressed in an edgy all-leather ensemble.
Many of the soon-to-be mother-of-four’s 224 million Instagram followers quickly commented on the photo, which she captioned: ‘Pregnancy is incredibly powerful.’
One person told the Lemme founder: ‘Wishing u the happiest rest of ur pregnancy.’
Another Instagrammer added: ‘So happy you and the baby are doing well. I can’t wait to see him when he’s delivered. Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy mumma,’ while someone else wrote, ‘Wishing you nothing but good energy and vibes. Sending you so much love.’
Other comments included: ‘So happy you’re feeling better’ and ‘Sending blessings.’
Kourtney is expecting her first child with Travis Barker after having Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8, with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.
The Kardashians star recently disclosed that she needed emergency surgery to preserve the lives of her kid.
‘I will be eternally thankful to my great doctors for saving our baby’s life,’ Kourtney, who married Travis in 2022, said on Instagram.

‘I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.’
She bravely continued: ‘As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.
‘I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.
‘Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing.’
