They also thought that Travis already knew and that this was merely a public announcement, as Kourtney is already showing.
Steph Shepherd, Kourtney’s bestie, gave us an inside look at what went into producing the moment, and it was Kourtney herself who scrawled the sign in thick black ink.
The little one has several siblings who will watch out for them.
With previous boyfriend Scott Disick, Kourtney has Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7, while Travis has Landan, 18, and Alabama, 17, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
He also has a stepchild from this marriage, Atiana De La Hoya, who he considers as his own daughter.
Kourtney had been open about her attempts to conceive with the artist on social media and on the reality TV programme The Kardashians prior to the pregnancy.
She revealed she had taken a break from IVF over a year ago after the treatments had ‘put her into menopause’ and given her ‘depression’.
‘Travis and I want to have a baby, and so my doctor took us down this road of doing IVF,’ she told the camera in a VT.
‘It hasn’t been the most amazing experience…
‘I think because I’m so clean and careful about what I put into my body, it’s just having the complete opposite reaction, and is working as a contraceptive instead of helping us.’
Kourtney and Travis made their romance public in early 2021, and they’ve been PDA-tastic on social media ever since.
They pushed things to the next level in October, when the drummer proposed to the reality star in front of her renowned family.

The lovebirds, on the other hand, threw us all for a loop when they held a surprise ceremony at a Las Vegas chapel in April 2022, officiated by an Elvis impersonator, which turned out to be a ‘practise’ run because they couldn’t secure a marriage licence at the time.
They married a second time in Santa Barbara in an intimate ceremony attended only by Kourtney’s grandmother MJ and Travis’ father Ted, and a third time in Italy in a grandiose blowout.
