Kim Kardashian‘s admirers were left shocked and perplexed after she flaunted her stomach in an Instagram image on Thursday.
The 42-year-old reality queen posed in the restroom of what looked to be her own plane, KimAir, eliciting a strong reaction from her fans.
In the dimly lit airline restroom, the Skims creator arched her back and displayed her tight stomach in a mirror selfie.
She was dressed for her flight in a white sports bra and low-waisted pink joggers, and she had scraped her long raven locks off her face into an up-do.
Captioning the post with a sassy note that read: ‘I’m actually never free, I just make time’, The Kardashians regular was questioned by followers over her weight loss.
Underneath the Instagram upload that featured two of the same photo – one had been zoomed in – a fan commented: ‘OMG ARE YOU OKAY?!’

Another said: ‘Oh she’s skinnyyy’, while a separate social media user penned: ‘It’s giving scoliosis’ in reaction to the star’s pose.
Despite some dubious replies, many others applauded the influencer for her physical form and expressed respect for Kim.
‘In such a good shape, admire you,’ said one fan while this one exclaimed: ‘Curves in all the perfect places’.
Kim’s latest tweet follows an homage to her youngest sister Kylie Jenner, who just celebrated her 26th birthday.
When Kim uploaded flashback photos of herself with the beauty entrepreneur earlier this month, she stated her “heart melts.”

Following Kim’s lead Khloe Kardashian, 39, joined in the virtual celebrations and explained she ‘could not survive’ without her sisters and hailed the ‘beautiful memories’ they made together.
