Kim Kardashian has shared a sweet message to mark her daughter North West’s ninth birthday.
(Yes, she’s nine years old and we are all feeling ancient right now).
The reality star’s eldest child, who she shares with ex-husband Kanye West, turned nine on June 15, with the Skims businesswoman sharing throwback pics on social media to mark the occasion.
Taking to Instagram, Kim posted a series of photographs of her and North, from Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s recent wedding to snaps of her daughter as a toddler.
The proud mum wrote: ‘Happy Birthday my baby, my bestie, my everything.
‘There’s no one like you! The most honest, creative, silly girl with the best heart.’
She continued: ‘I just love being your mom, So THANK YOU for being on this journey with me.’
Kim finished the sweet message by writing ‘I love you til…’ and an infinity symbol.
Accompanying the post was a series of photos, some from professional shoots and others were taken while the pair casually messed around on Kim’s phone.
One photo sees the mother and daughter posing for a selfie in matching Kanye t-shirts, while another shows North gripping Kim in a tight hug as the reality star purses her lips for the camera.
Another snap shows a decidedly grumpy-looking North staring off in the distance, while in another, a younger North looks confused as Kim talks closely into her ear.
One particularly adorable photo sees Kim kissing North as a toddler, and holding her up over her head as her daughter grins at the camera.
North is the eldest of Kim and Kaye’s four children: they also share Saint, six, Chicago, four, and three-year-old Psalm.
The couple has since separated, with Kim filing for divorce in February 2021.
Kanye was briefly linked to Uncut Gems actress Julia Fox before moving on with new ‘muse’ Chaney Jones, although the pair have been hit by split rumours in recent days.
Kim, meanwhile, appears to be as loved-up as ever with Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson, with the pair jetting off on romantic holidays and packing on the PDA.
Pete has also met the children, having been seen cycling around the gated community with North and taking Saint shopping at the mall.
