The unpleasant wardrobe malfunction was caused by Kendall Jenner going a bit “too hard” during a performance on Friday night, the model has said.
At country singer Chris Stapleton’s concert at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium, the 27-year-old model and reality TV personality was obviously having a blast since she posted some videos and images from her VIP side-of-the-stage location.
She reported that one of her antique heels had broken throughout the course of the evening, so it seemed as though her footwear wasn’t quite up to all the jumping and dancing she performed to the music.
‘Went too hard. My vintage [sic] couldn’t handle it,’ she wrote alongside a picture of the offending gold stiletto boot, which she wore with flared jeans and a white cropped tank top.
Despite this setback, Kendall shared pictures of herself backstage holding a drink as Chris from Tennessee Whisky performed on stage, showing that she didn’t let it spoil her night.
In response to the shoe incident, she also uploaded a video of him performing from a different perspective while standing higher up in the stadium.
Kendall is alleged to be in a relationship with Puerto Rico native Bad Bunny, actual name Benito Antonio Martnez Ocasio, since the two have been spotted together frequently in recent months.
The two are frequently seen together in New York and California, and they were seen cuddling up at Coachella in April, when Bad Bunny was the featured performer.
However, because of her dating history with several sports stars, Kendall became the punchline at the ESPY awards earlier in July.
The Kardashians cast member most recently ended her relationship with shooting guard Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns. She has previously been linked to five NBA players.
The 26-year-old star’s previous partners included Jordan Clarkson, Blake Gryphon, Ben Simmons, and Kyle Kuzma.
During his address to the audience during the award ceremony presentation, sports expert Pat McAfee couldn’t help but bring up the supermodel.
He playfully suggested: ‘Kendall Jenner’s Starting Five would win the NBA championship every single year.’
His line earned him a round of laughs and prompted him to continue saying: ‘You know it, you know it… if they’re in the bubble your a** is getting smoked.’
During a June TikTok with North, 10, big sister Kim Kardashian also made the same joke with her T-shirt.
The 42-year-old actress made fun of her younger sibling wearing the shirt that featured Kendall’s face in the centre of her five basketball player ex-boyfriends while filming herself on the video sharing app.
The shirt’s graphic was accompanied by the words “Kendall Starting Five” in red letters.
