Katie Price was questioned about her nine-year-old son Jett’s education during a fan Q&A on Monday.
Katie, 45, shares Jett and his younger sister, Bunny, 8, with her ex Kieran Hayler.
She is also a devoted mother to Harvey, 21, whom she has with footballer Dwight Yorke, as well as Junior, 18, and Princess, 16, whom she shares with her ex-husband Peter Andre.
Katie stated on TikTok this week that her kid Jett is ‘fine’ and is presently being homeschooled.
According to OK!, the mum-of-five noted: ‘Jett is good. He hasn’t been to school for nine months, so he has homeschooling at the moment.’
It’s been a huge week for Katie, who on Monday characterised herself as “wired differently” than others after admitting she had ADHD when speaking with the magazine.
ADHD is an abbreviation for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, which is typified by agitation, impulsiveness, and poor organisational abilities.
Katie characterised herself as “wired differently” than others, explaining that her diagnosis has also helped her mother, Amy, better understand her situation.
She said: ‘I’ve tried to educate my mum, but my brain is wired differently to other people.’
‘I hate labels, but now my mum and I have both spoken to doctors and she has realised why I’ve done things in the past – why I am the way I am.’
She continued: ‘It’s not because I don’t listen and take it on board, there’s just something in me. I’ve got better now, I’ve learnt with therapy to hold back.’
Katie has been open about her mental health issues in recent years, and she believes that her diagnosis will allow her to care for her mother again.
Amy, 71, has idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, a fatal ailment that permanently damages the lungs and is now incurable.

Katie also explained that she’s learning to ‘think of the consequences’ before she responds to something that her friends might be saying around her.
The I’m A Celebrity star added: ‘It didn’t exist in my head, a consequence, what could go wrong – I’ve learned. It’s taken me 45 years, but I’m still here.’
After addressing her diagnosis, she admitted that there have been times in the past where she’s made ‘wrong choices’ that ’caused drama and stress’.
What is ADHD?
NHS describes ADHD as ‘a condition that affects people’s behaviour. People with ADHD can seem restless, may have trouble concentrating, and may act on impulse.’
Is it often diagnosed in childhood, but in some cases isn’t recognised until adulthood.
‘Research has also identified a number of possible differences in the brains of people with ADHD when compared with those without the condition.
Other factors suggested as potentially having a role in ADHD include:
- being born prematurely (before the 37th week of pregnancy)
- having a low birth weight
- smoking or alcohol or drug abuse during pregnancy.’
For children, treatments include ‘appropriate educational support, advice and support for parents and affected children, alongside medicine, if necessary.’
For adults, ‘medicine is often the first treatment offered, although psychological therapies may also help.’
