Katie, 45, was previously believed to have signed up a long-time supporter as she wants to extend her family with on-again, off-again husband Carl Woods.
‘Katie’s signed up a fan of hers to act as a surrogate – this woman has previously been at Katie’s house and babysat her kids,’ a source told The Sun.

‘Everything is back on track now that Katie and Carl have reconnected. They’re both ecstatic about it.’
Katie also intended to film the experience on a new reality TV programme, expecting that viewers would tune in and even hoped that the surrogate might birth twins to give her offspring six and seven.
However, that process appears to have been short-lived, as the admirer claims they were ‘disrespected’ by the former beauty model.
She’d known Katie since October of last year and verbally consented to carry her sixth child early this month.

A source told Mail Online that she feels Katie treated her and her other four kids ‘like s**t’.
‘Katie’s surrogate feels completely let down,’ they said.
‘She sacrificed a lot of time and energy getting to know Katie and verbally agreeing to carry her baby, which is a huge decision.
‘As a fan of Katie’s, this was something that she wanted to do until they finally met in person, and she was treated appallingly.
The source added: ‘The surrogate feels she was disrespected by Katie, who also didn’t make her children feel welcome and she certainly wasn’t appreciated, considering the sacrifice she was willing to make.’
The surrogate has previously babysat Katie’s five children: Harvey, 21, Junior, 18, Princess, 16, Jett, 10, and Bunny, nine, according to a source.
Katie had three past boyfriends, and while Harvey has no contact with his father, Dwight Yorke, she co-parents Junior and Princess with ex-husband Peter Andre, as well as Jett and Bunny with Kieran Hayler.
Katie revealed why she chose to utilise a surrogate to conceive baby number six on the Turning Adversity Into An Asset podcast in April.
‘I’ve got a surrogate, I haven’t got as many eggs anymore, I’m 44, I want another baby so what am I supposed to do?’, she shared.
‘I’ve got this lady… it will be my egg; she has been a fan of mine for years and she actually does these surrogacies.
‘If I was with anyone it would be with them but if not, it would be a sperm donor.’
